Our banking client is looking for Senior Technical Project Manager with deep & broad technical knowledge and experience to take responsibility for a complex track within area of Access rights management technical infrastructure.

More about the role:
The project has an overall objective to onboard different types of platform accesses, with main focus on mainframe, to central IAM controls. In the role you will be reporting to the Program Manager of the wider program within the area of Identity and Access Management. Stakeholder management is an important part of the role where bridging business owners and technical experts is key.
Your responsibilities:
• Driving an initial pre-study to clarify final scope and project direction
• Based on the pre-study you will be responsible for developing project plans and requirements specifications and additionally manage that resource allocation and availability is in line with project goals and ambitions and drive the project to successful completion.
• In your role you will be liaising with and aligning project sponsor, business owners, other technical areas and technical team members.
• You will be responsible for driving and reporting progress within you area of your responsibility and to ensure coordination with the other parts of the program.
Required experience and knowledge:
• Experience in managing and implementing IT project
• Experience within the area of Identity and Access Management and access controls within Mainframe (and/or other infrastructure platforms).
• Ability to establish, lead and deliver projects and manage a wide variety of ongoing activities and to work independently and naturally take responsibility to meet the project milestones while delivering the business requirements
• Detail oriented, persistent and great people skills.
• Strong technical mindset as well as great communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical specifications and requirements in to project deliverables, required actions and activities.
• Deep & broad technical knowledge and experience and understanding of access control systems on mainframe, HP Nonstop and database platforms is required to deliver successfully in the role.
• Experience with and technical understanding of Mainframe in general is considered a plus

Duration: 31.12.2024
Location: Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Team is working from the local office on a weekly basis (approximately 3 days per week).
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
